Government Releases Framework for Innovation and Growth
The importance of innovation as a driver of strong economic growth is underlined in the policy framework document released by Prime Minister Helen Clark on 12 February 2002.
The framework, Growing an Innovative New Zealand, was released in tandem with the Prime Minister's statement to Parliament.
