Kevin has been involved in the Engineering Industry and Scott Technology for over 30 years. The company, which started in Dunedin in the early 1900's, now specialises in the design and manufacture of production machinery for the world wide Appliance Industries. Companies such as, GE, Whirlpool, Overhead Door Corp., Broan, Wix, Frigidaire and Email continually fill the company's order book.

Kevin's involvement in product development, design, project management, production and financial control, has led to the formulation of "Scott Standards" which have been the basis of much of the highly innovative machinery to come out of the Christchurch and Dunedin plants. His hands on involvement has been crucial in the sales and installation of machinery throughout the USA, South America, Europe, Asia and Australasia.

The company has a history of strong and innovative leadership by engineers like Kevin, and his recent appointment as CEO, and to the board of Scott Technology Ltd, should ensure that his continued input will maintain the enviable record of profitability he has been instrumental in bringing to the company.
